Model: "ESBshirt"
It's been two years since we put out a promo tee shirt and thought it was time. This tee is a high quality Hanes 4980 featuring 100% ringspun cotton (4.5oz weight) with an athletic fit. It is extremely comfortable and soft with a light enough weight for summers in the brewhouse. Keep in mind this is a real silk screened process on a quality name brand shirt and not a cheap transfer or direct to garment ink jet.

Model: Silicone - $2.39 /ft + Discounts for longer lengths
NEW: Extruded in the USA.
BrewHardware.com recommends silicone tubing for all your fluid transfer needs. This extremely flexible tubing is FDA rated for food contact up to 400F and doesn't melt until 500F. The inside diameter is 1/2" and the wall thickness is 1/8" for a total OD of 3/4".
Why not use the clear reinforced PVC from Lowes? Go ahead and hack off a 2" piece and steep it in some boiling water. Let the water cool and give it a taste.

Model: 14brush - $3.25
I had these 20" long brushes custom manufactured specifically for cleaning the inside of the sight glass kits offered here. The overall length is 20" and has a 1/2" loop on the end to hold onto. The brush part is 1/4" diameter by 1" long and uses a very soft nylon that will not scratch the tubing when used with water or your favorite kettle cleaning solution.

Model: MashTube - $19 +
We spent way too long trying to come up with a clever name for this thing. Mash Tube, Any Height Recirulation Port, Sparge Height Thingy. A lot of people use a piece of hose or copper tubing on the inside of their mash tun recirculation (or sparge) port but it's not as cool as this. You DO want to be cool don't you? This assembly is made from "Loc-Line" which is a the trade name for this positionable plastic tubing used wherever flow needs to be directed. You can adjust the output from the same height as the port all the way down to 12" below the port to adjust for five or ten gallon batches of varying grain bills. It's a exponentially easier to use than laying a hose on top of the grain and it won't burrow itself down into the grain bed either.

Model: Clamp - $1.50 +
These hose clamps are of the highest quality we could find. They are all stainless in construction including the band, screw and housing. The plain band extends on the interior to cover the slots on the outer band so that the clamp does NOT damage soft tubing like silicone (known as a lined clamp). The band is 1/2" wide and is adjustable from
9/16" - 1-1/16" (14mm - 27mm) clamping diameter.

Model:Beersmith 2 - $28 $25
Beersmith 2 is the obvious choice for brewers looking to get into recipe and brewing software. While its features, function and GUI are reason enough, throw in the amount of user/peer support available and the author's constant involvment and you have a real winner.

Model: Shield $10 any style
While not all burner setups absolutely require a heat shield for sight glass kits or ball valves, they certainly can't hurt. If you've noticed the vinyl wraps on your ball valves bubbling or burning off, it's an indication that heat shielding any kettle accessories would be a good idea for their longevity. Testing has shown that this simple snap on shield can reduce the fitting temp by 100F. All shields are constructed of 100% stainless steel from the 22 gauge brushed plates to the clips. These are now spot welded together so we're streamlining the price at 10 bucks for any version you need.

Model: Gaskets - $varies
All of these gaskets are made of High Temp silicone rubber capable of 400F+ so no worries on any brewing vessel. There are several types available such as replacments for the weldless sight kits, large flat washers for making 1/2" NPT bulkheads, and Orings for sealing your electric heating elements.
Now offering steep discounts for larger lots!

Model: teflon - $1.25
If you're installing any threaded fittings, you'll need to use some teflon tape. On my kits, teflon tape is required where the thermometer threads into the tee on the combo kits as well as on the model SL and SB for welded applications. Tape is NOT required to install the WLSL kit as the threaded connection is on the inside of the vessel behind the rubber seal. This item is only to be added to an order including additional hardware items. Our teflon tape is milspec quality made in Italy, not the paper thin stuff from China. 1/2" wide by 260" long roll.

Model: Caliper - $4
If you're often confused about what size hole to drill for a certain pipe size or just want to be able to communicate with vendors and fellow brewers a little better when discussing DIY projects, you really need to be able to accurately measure things. For example, 1/2" NPT threaded pipe nipples actually measure .85" OD. It's almost impossible to measure that kind of thing with a tape measure due to the curvature. This two-pack of plastic calipers are very cost effective and will help you measure outside diamters or outside dimensions of odd shaped parts , inside diameters and cutouts, and also the depth of narrow holes. You still need to know how to read a ruler, but for 4 bucks, you can't lose.
