This is the bit you want to use to install any of my weldless kits.Be sure to use a oil as a lubricant to keep the bit cool and take breaks after every few steps. See instruction page for more info.

I have a limited supply of these so please only add this to your cart if you are already buying a sight glass. I now have these in two different sizes.

Options, please specify in the drop down below:

• The Small Bit goes from 1/4" to 3/4" in exactly 1/16" increments. It has a 9/16" stop which is ideal for my weldless kits.
• The Large Bit goes from 1/4 up to 1-3/8" and includes important stops like 13/16 and 1-1/8". If you're welding in one of the 1/2" NPT couplings that I sell, 1-1/8" is what you need. While this one doesn't have a 9/16" stop, you could go all the way up 11/16" and still be leak free on the weldless sight kit.
