Model: "ESBshirt"
It's been two years since we put out a promo tee shirt and thought it was time. This tee is a high quality Hanes 4980 featuring 100% ringspun cotton (4.5oz weight) with an athletic fit. It is extremely comfortable and soft with a light enough weight for summers in the brewhouse. Keep in mind this is a real silk screened process on a quality name brand shirt and not a cheap transfer or direct to garment ink jet.

Model: WLSLC - $28
We've been selling this model on a per request basis for a while now and thought it was time to add it to our full lineup of products. This sight glass is modelled closely after the WLSL with only slight modifications to make it through the thicker wall of the cooler. The installation process is a bit more challenging than other kits so please read all the details carefully. This is intended for 10 gallon Rubbermaid or Igloo beverage dispensing coolers that are being used as hot liquor tanks.
Model: WLdip58 - $36
This is a true Brewhardware exclusive. Instead of buying a separate weldless drain bulkhead and dip tube compression assembly for your Hot Liquor Tank (HLT) or Boil Kettle (BK), get it all in one compact piece. What's more is the 5/8" OD dip tube has a larger than 1/2" inside diameter for absolutely no restriction. This becomes more important when you integrate a pump into your brewery. Even if you don't have a pump yet, be smart and buy the high flow diptube the first time.

Model: Edging $1.50 / ft This black polyethylene edging is great for trimming the rough or sharp edge of newly cut kegs that are made into brew pots. You can buy this by the foot or in a precut 40" long piece that is good for up to a 12.5" diameter hole opening.
Model: washer - $2
This is the 1/8" thick 304SS metal washer we include in the several weldless kits, e.g. thermometer kits. Buy this if you're trying to assemble your own custom bulhead and need to shim out the assembly for tighter gasket compression. The ID is approximately .9" which slides over 1/2" NPS or NPT Please note that it may be economical to purchase the 1/2" make-weldless kit which includes a locknut, gasket, and this SS washer, assuming you need those parts as well. This kit can be found on the dial thermometer page.

Model: CDNDTTC $20 While CDN's DTQ450Q handheld digital is our absolute favorite thermometer for spot checking everything during brew day, this DTTC model is a close second and adds a LOT of extra features. First, let's get this out of the way immediately. As a thermometer it is VERY accurate, nearly on par with the pricey Thermapen (see test results). It comes with a long stainless probe on a cord so that the controls/display can be in a more convenient location. It also features a clock, timer, and our favorite feature; high and low temperature alarms.
Model: ChuggerHead - $50+
In addition of the full line of Chugger Pumps, we also offer the two stainless pump heads as replacement/retrofit items. These are fully functional heads that will bolt directly on to any chugger motor housing and March 809s providing an inexpensive means to turn a plastic pump into stainless.
Model: Addapump $225
Several people expressed interest in a kit that would include all the parts you'd need to integrate a pump into an existing gravity drain type brewery. Of course, there are plenty of potential configurations we haven't considered in this kit, but it has the basics. If you want to build something custom, pick and choose your components around the site and leave this one-clicky ordering to those who asked for it.
Model: platelong $141
This is a LONG, 304 stainless heat exchanger with integrated garden hose connections for the water side and 1/2" male NPT on the wort side to offer the most connection flexibility possible. Actual dimensions, 12" long with 3" wide plates. Rather than offer a bunch of different sizes and plate counts, this is the one we use so we can't help but recommend it. You will find cheaper plate chillers out there, but don't be fooled by the 40, 50, 60 plate varieties. They are not the same length as this one. Adding more plates only allows you to flow the liquids faster but the length is where you get cooling efficiency (less water used). Note, our price also includes two stainless mounting wingnuts to attach to your brew stand.

Model: Bayou 10xx Series Kettles - $99+
The Bayou Classic standard kettles have been on the market a while and are a favorite among homebrewers. One reason we really like them is the height to width ratio. Many other brands are more suited to cooking soup stock than wort. These provide a good compromise between volume and boil-off rate.
We currently offer these in either 44 quarts (11 gallons) which is ideal for 5-6 gallon all grain batches and 62 quart (15 gallons) which is great for 10-11 gallon all grain batches. Both of these sizes feature 20-gague stainless constructions, side handles, and an included lid.
Options:
Model 1044 - 44 quart measures 13.5" diameter x 17.25" high.
Model 1060 - 62 quart measures 15.25" diameter x 18.75" high.
Please note that all Bayou Classic kettles we currently sell will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. We have plans to stock a limited supply in the future to allow for pre-installation of accessories, but we are still working on it. The price includes shipping so if you add any other items to your cart, the shipping charged will only be for those items and NOT the kettles. Please allow an extra few days for these kettles to arrive.
REMEMBER, FREE SHIPPING ON DROP SHIPPED POTS...

Model: ProbeComp - $15+
If you want to insert a narrow digital thermometer probe into a a hole in your vessel, a threaded fitting such as a tee or a coupling welded into your vessel, here's how to do it. This fitting has 1/2" OR 1/4 male NPT on one end and will accept up to a .25" diameter probe (see notes). The included orings make a leak free connection. You can also get this as a weldless setup. See more info for application pictures, etc.
Model: NPTplug - $2
304 Stainless Steel NPT Plug. Nothing fancy here, just what you'll need if you want to seal off a female threaded port either temporarily or permanently.
If you are looking to plug off the open port on the compact sight tee (WLSTNT), the correct size is 1/4" NPT.
Don't forget the teflon tape on the threads.
Model: Silicone - $2.39 /ft + Discounts for longer lengths
NEW: Extruded in the USA.
BrewHardware.com recommends silicone tubing for all your fluid transfer needs. This extremely flexible tubing is FDA rated for food contact up to 400F and doesn't melt until 500F. The inside diameter is 1/2" and the wall thickness is 1/8" for a total OD of 3/4".
Why not use the clear reinforced PVC from Lowes? Go ahead and hack off a 2" piece and steep it in some boiling water. Let the water cool and give it a taste.
Model: Shield $10 any style
While not all burner setups absolutely require a heat shield for sight glass kits or ball valves, they certainly can't hurt. If you've noticed the vinyl wraps on your ball valves bubbling or burning off, it's an indication that heat shielding any kettle accessories would be a good idea for their longevity. Testing has shown that this simple snap on shield can reduce the fitting temp by 100F. All shields are constructed of 100% stainless steel from the 22 gauge brushed plates to the clips. These are now spot welded together so we're streamlining the price at 10 bucks for any version you need.
Model: WLbulktube - $26
We've designed this fitting specifically to combine the functions of a weldless bulkhead with that of a tube compression fitting to build our high flow integrated diptubes. Soon after, we realized that it would make the perfect fitting to install a 1/2" HERMS coil on the interior of a hot liquor tank so we duplicated the design in a 1/2" tube version. We know the price for this fitting is a little scary, but before you clench your wallet, consider the cost of the alternatives. As far as we know, you'd normally install a basic weldless bulkhead ($12) and into that you would thread in a tube compression adapter ($15). This purpose-built fitting is more compact and cheaper than the alternative.
Model: 3PBV - $18
This is stainless 3-piece body (meaning that it will easily disassemble while still installed for cleaning every few months) with a non-restricing "full port" ball and 1/2" NPT female threads on both ends. Use them on your boil kettle, HLT, mash tun, pumps, etc. As shown in the pic, they have a locking mechanism on the handle. It can be pried off if you don't want the lock.
Model: thermo - $17.99 and up
These thermometers are from my newest and ongoing supplier after carefully evaluating several different brands. These are a great value for the features you get. The most important feature is the recalibration screw on the back so you can tailor the thermometer to be most accurate in the temp range you care most about. They are all stainless and have a glass window for heat tolerance. I have both 2" face and 3" face thermometers depending on your application and I can make them weldless also. See details for more information.
Model: 12tee - $3.99
304 Stainless Steel TEE fitting with 1/2" NPT female threads on all ends. Don't forget theteflon tape!
Model: Gaskets - $varies
All of these gaskets are made of High Temp silicone rubber capable of 400F+ so no worries on any brewing vessel. There are several types available such as replacments for the weldless sight kits, large flat washers for making 1/2" NPT bulkheads, and Orings for sealing your electric heating elements.
Now offering steep discounts for larger lots!
Model: Brix/OG - $37.99
This is a automatic temperature compensating (ATC) model with both a Brix (0-32%) and Specific Gravity (1.000-1.120) scale. It comes with a zippered storage bag, refractometer, sampling pippette, and recalibration screw driver.
Model: MashTube - $19 +
We spent way too long trying to come up with a clever name for this thing. Mash Tube, Any Height Recirulation Port, Sparge Height Thingy. A lot of people use a piece of hose or copper tubing on the inside of their mash tun recirculation (or sparge) port but it's not as cool as this. You DO want to be cool don't you? This assembly is made from "Loc-Line" which is a the trade name for this positionable plastic tubing used wherever flow needs to be directed. You can adjust the output from the same height as the port all the way down to 12" below the port to adjust for five or ten gallon batches of varying grain bills. It's a exponentially easier to use than laying a hose on top of the grain and it won't burrow itself down into the grain bed either.
Model: barb - $4 any type
We offer 4 different varieties of these stainless steel hose barbs. This item is commonly threaded into the output side of a kettle drain valve when all you want to do is put a piece of tubing on.
First, two different barb sizes are available. The 1/2" barb works for rigid tubing (thermoplastic) that is 1/2" inside diameter. The ID of the barb itself is about 3/8" and wouldn't normally present a flow issue. If you want maximum flow and are using tubing that can stretch a bit (Silicone), we also have 5/8" OD barbs with interiors just under 1/2". Just about any 1/2" ID tubing can stretch to 5/8" and we highly recommend the 5/8" barb.
Both the 1/2" and 5/8" hose barbs come as either a 1/2" NPT MALE or 1/2" NPT FEMALE thread on the other end.
Bottom line, if you're on a budget, this is the cheapest way to adapt 1/2" NPT pipe thread to a hose connection. We much prefer using the camlock disconnect system for this purpose, but it's more expensive.

Model: CarboyCal - Starting at $6.99 a pair with discounts for additional strips.
Inspired by the calibration numbers for the sight glass kits, these larger numbers allow you to calibrate carboys (including Better Bottles) up the the larger 6.5 gallon size. The full gallon marks from 1 to 6 are a full 1" tall and 1" wide including the pointer triangles. Six additional 1/2" tall triangles are and four 1/4" tall triangles are included if marking 1/2 and 1/4 gallon increments is desired.
Model: TK or TP - $45
This compact kit combines a weldless sight glass (level indicator) with a 2" dial face thermometer and only requires a single hole in your vessel. It is similar to the larger LTSK and LTSP kits but the hardware is based on 1/4" NPT and the thermometer is downsized to 2" diameter. We tend to recommend putting your thermometer into a separate port up higher on the pot, but for those people who want the simplicity of a single hole in the vessel, this is the solution. This kit is available for either a straight sided pot (TP), converted Sanke keg (TK) and even a bulge sided Coors or Hoff keg (TKB).
Model: 2PBV - $13
This is stainless 2-piece body with a non-restricing "full port" ball and 1/2" NPT female threads on both ends. Use them on your boil kettle, HLT, mash tun, pumps, etc. Price this against your local homecenter's brass alternative and you'll find it's not much more money to go stainless. To make this a "weldless" valve, please purchase a weldless bulkhead separately.
Model: LTS - $48
If you already have a 1/2" NPT coupling welded into your kettle (or plan to), this sight glass kit will give you a sight glass and a easy to read 3" dial thermometer in a single thread-in package.
Model: LTSKNT or LTSPNT - $28
This kit is based off the popular TK/TP weldless kits but is upsized to 1/2" NPT hardware. You'd get this if you already have a dial thermometer that has at least a 4"-6" probe and 1/2" NPT threads on the back and you're starting with a fresh undrilled, unwelded kettle. Another popular use is threading in an RTD or thermocouple for use with an electric brewing system (again 4-6" long probes recommended). This is available for either a converted SANKE keg (LTSKNT) or Straight Sided Pot (LTSPNT). If you don't need upsided 1/2" NPT hardware, we'd recommend the more compact TKNT or TPNT kits instead.
Model: TKNT / TPNT - $27
Offered by several requests, this kit is exactly the same as the weldless compact sight/thermo combo except it does NOT include the thermometer. The practical application for this kit is if you want to install an RTD or thermocouple for electric brewing vessels or a digital thermometer for more precise monitoring.
Model: Bulkhead - $12 +
A weldless bulkhead is used to provide a liquid-tight port into your brewing vessels. This is an alternative to having a coupling or spud welded or soldered in. For the majority of situations, this kit requires the addition of a ball valve to complete the installation so select your desired bulkhead options and then select between a 2 or 3 piece ball valve elsewhere on this site.
Our bulkheads use thick flat silicone washers instead of orings. They are more expensive but are much less likely to slip out from under the locknut.
These look like a typical assembly of parts that many shops sell as a weldless bulkhead but be assured that the design is unique and much less prone to leaks than what you're used to.
Select the more info link to learn about the different varieties and specific uses for each of these

Model: SB - $14.95
This sight glass is a specialty item that I made up after getting several requests to do so. It is simply a polycarbonate sight tube threaded into a stainless bushing with 1/2" NPT male threads at the bottom. One use is to make your own thermometer/sight glass setup with your own 1/2" TEE and thermometer. Of course, we also sell the complete setups with thermometers and complete hardware elsewhere on the site. This SB kit comes as part of the LTS and LTSP sight tee kits.
Model: SL - $17.95 and up
While my weldless kit is the easiest solution for a completely fresh vessel, many brewers have already outfitted their vessels with couplings that have been welded in. The simple solution is a basic street elbow as shown in the picture. This kit has several options depending on what you have on your kettle already.
Model: Caliper - $4
If you're often confused about what size hole to drill for a certain pipe size or just want to be able to communicate with vendors and fellow brewers a little better when discussing DIY projects, you really need to be able to accurately measure things. For example, 1/2" NPT threaded pipe nipples actually measure .85" OD. It's almost impossible to measure that kind of thing with a tape measure due to the curvature. This two-pack of plastic calipers are very cost effective and will help you measure outside diamters or outside dimensions of odd shaped parts , inside diameters and cutouts, and also the depth of narrow holes. You still need to know how to read a ruler, but for 4 bucks, you can't lose.

After several suggestions from our customers, we are finally offering a few one-click conversion kits. Keep in mind that there are numerous alternative options available that you won't find in kit form. However, if you want to save time and get the most common conversion parts in one shot, one click, one price, explore those options below.

Model: FB15HH - $ 89
A false bottom product has been a long time coming for us and it's finally here. While the basic concept of making a mash/lauter tun out of a keg by putting a perforated disk in the bottom is straight forward, the manufacturing process and installation instructions are a little tricky. For those who don't know, this is the best way to to fly sparge and if you're direct firing your mash tun, a full width false bottom is the best prevention from scorching your grain and wort.
If you're comparing to other offerings out there, here are the details: we start with 16 gauge (that's about 1/16" thick and we don't know of anyone making them thicker than this) 304 Stainless Steel sheet that has 3/32" holes punched over the entire surface on 5/32" centers.
We use a total of 12" of piano hinge that is spot welded at 12 locations per hinge and are also made of 16 gauge 304 stainless for strength and corrosion resistance. The hinges are necessary because the top holes that are typically cut in kegs are about 12" diameter and a full 15" disk would otherwise not fit.Click "read more".

Model: Elbarb - $7
You can stop forcing silicone tubing over street elbow threads now. We've suggested the old street elbow trick in the past because it was the best we could do. We've contracted a machine shop to make these to our specs and they are sweet. The ID of the barb is a whopping 5/8" and the OD is about 3/4". It sounds too big for 1/2" silicone tubing, but it fits fine. Afterall, we were commonly stretching over the .82" OD of the threads on the street elbows. It used to take 20 minutes with a bench grinder to simulate these barbs but we've done all the work for you. Get em.
Model: Clamp - $1.50 +
These hose clamps are of the highest quality we could find. They are all stainless in construction including the band, screw and housing. The plain band extends on the interior to cover the slots on the outer band so that the clamp does NOT damage soft tubing like silicone (known as a lined clamp). The band is 1/2" wide and is adjustable from
9/16" - 1-1/16" (14mm - 27mm) clamping diameter.
Model: Screen $15 You can use this in your kettle to filter whole leaf hops or inside your converted cooler mash tun for batch sparging. The screen material is more rigid than the typical stainless braid solution. It comes with a welded tubular screen, a short threaded nipple and a stainless hose clamp to hold it all together. You can also loosen the clamp to clamp the screen over the VB2 variable length bulkhead to reduce the total number of parts. Approximately 13" total length, 1.25" diameter tube.
 Model: TCSanke - $27+
2" Tri-Clover or Sanitary fittings as they are often called, mate up the the tap neck of a Sanke or similar type kegs very well. There are a few reasons why a brewer would want to do this. The first simple use is to turn a keg into a fermenter. Simply stretch some silicone tubing over the male NPT portion of the triclover and you've got an airtight blowoff tube. The more interesting use is for keg based brewing vessel bottom drains. Cut the bottom of the keg out and then flip it over so that the valve neck is facing down. Read more for ideas and limitations.
Model: VBulk - $12+
A weldless bulkhead is used to provide a liquid-tight port into your brewing vessels. While our standard bulkhead is suited for wall thicknesses up to 1/8", the variable length bulkhead here can accomodate wall thicknesses of UP TO 1.5" thick because the threaded nipple is straight thread rather than taper (NPT). The locknuts can travel the entire length for ultimate flexibility. This bulkhead is especially well suited for coolers because it allows you to extend the ball valve away from the cooler wall enough to let the handle clear the body of the cooler.
Our bulkheads use thick flat silicone washers instead of orings. They are more expensive but are a much less likely to slip out from under the locknut.
Model: Chugger - IN STOCK
The addition of the full line of Chugger Pumps and accessories rounds out our offering of water and wort flow related items so you don't have to piece together your brewery from as many vendors. The Chugger stainless steel headed pumps represents the first affordable pump designed specifically for homebrewers. Get stainless for the competition's polysulfone price. They all come with the mounting base plate and cord/plug.
Model: PumpConnect $91
Since introducing the Add A Pump kit, several customers asked for a similar connectivity kit option for those who already purchased the pump elsewhere. This item does NOT include the pump itself. Several options are available depending on what pump you have and how flexible of a connection you need.

After several suggestions from our customers, we are finally offering a few one-click keg conversion kits. Keep in mind that there are numerous alternative options available that you won't find in kit form. However, if you want to save time and get the most common conversion parts in one shot, one click, one price, explore those options below.

Model: BigTimer - $12
This timer is such an obvious practical addition to your brewery that we're embarrassed that we didn't think to offer them sooner. The first thing you're probably thinking is that you can just use the stopwatch timer on your iPhone. Then again, do you really want to get your $400 device involved with tanks of liquid? Spend the $12 and mount this thing somewhere near your brewery and leave it there. The back has a strong magnet for attachment to metal, it also has a hang loop to put on a hook and a stand so that it will sit upright on a shelf. It's about the size of a business card.

Model: Bayou 13xx Series Triply Kettles - $146 +
The Bayou Classic Tri-clad kettles were recently added to the catalog. The main advantage of these premium level kettles is the thickness of the bottom. It has a disk of 3mm aluminum embedded between two layers of 1mm stainless making it better at distributing the heat on a direct fired burner.
We currently offer these in either 40 quarts (10 gallons) which is ideal for 5-6 gallon all grain batches and 64 quart (16 gallons) which is great for 10-11 gallon all grain batches. Both of these sizes feature 20-gauge stainless constructions, welded side handles, and an included lid.
Options:
Model 1310 - 40 quart measures 13.6" diameter x 16" high.
Model 1316 - 64 quart measures 15.5" diameter x 19.5" high. STILL OUT OF STOCK AT MANUFACTURER

Model: SSpud - $6 +
304 Stainless Steel "welding spud" fitting. We know... this thing has a funny name and most people have never heard of these parts unless you're in the business of industrial tank welding. In a nutshell, welding spuds are an alternative to NPT half couplings. They have a nice flanged surface area where they attach to your tanks/vessels and present NPT threads to only one side in a very low profile.
Model: NEWRIMS
Our new custom made RIMS hardware units are finally here! We know these are late considering our previous estimates, but hope you feel it was worth the patience.
RIMS stands for Recirculating Infusion Mash System and it can be interpreted a few different ways. It is typically a system where the brewer continuously pulls mash wort out of the mash tun, pumps it through this RIMS tube where an electrical heating element is installed, and then out and back to the top of the mash. The primary purpose is for mash temperature stability. Side benefits include ultra clear wort, and the ability to fine tune your mash schedule. If you didn't already some of this stuff, you probably aren't ready to use a kit like this. If you're still following along, we'll talk about what makes our kit different than others.
Model: SScompDiptube - $21 +
This series of diptubes is based on 1/2" or 5/8" OD thickwalled 304 Stainless Steel tubing bent with a mandrel bender and comes with a stainless compression fitting with 1/2" Male OD threads. The height of these assemblies is approximately 3.5" from fitting center to bottom of the diptube which is just about right for converted kegs. The depth can be trimmed with a hacksaw or copper tubing cutter if necessary. Keep in mind these are really designed for converted kegs. A better AND cheaper alternative for a flat bottom pot would be weldless bulkhead option 3.
Model: TubeCompression - $15+
This is one of those fittings that has a lot of different uses in a brewery. We use these to make our diptube assemblies but they can be used anywhere that you need to convert 1/2" or 5/8" OD tubing to NPT threads. All the fittings orderable from this page use 1/2" NPT threads (either male or female) and the compression side has options for 1/2" or 5/8" OD tubing. Made of Stainless Steel.

Here's a chance to save a few bucks and get a trifecta of measuring tools for your brewing box of awesome. Density, Temperature and Weight all come to the party in the Brewer's Precision Tool Kit. Of course you can get all these individually throughout the site, but one click and you're done here. Oh, and you save 10% in the process and most homebrew shops sell just the refractometer for this price.
The specs of each item are listed below but this add to cart button gets you all the items shown.
Model: 12nipple - $1.99 +
This 1/2" nipple is typically what you'd have use to make a weldless bulkhead or connect a coupling to a ball valve. It comes in several lengths, see the drop down below. 304 stainless.
Keep in mind, the close nipples have no flat area of pipe as the threads on each end meet in the middle. Starting with the 1.5", there is more and more flat pipe area in the middle. The 8" works nicely for a SANKE bottom drain with a few extra parts.
Model: SSelbow - $4 +
Here we have a selection of 304 grade stainless steel threaded elbow fittings. All of these use 1/2" NPT threads.
- 90 degree female to female
- 45 degree female to female
- 90 degree male to female
Note: If you're about to buy street elbows as a makeshft hose barb for your camlock/silicone tubing system, what you're really looking for are these high flow elbow barbs!

Model: 14brush - $3.25
I had these 20" long brushes custom manufactured specifically for cleaning the inside of the sight glass kits offered here. The overall length is 20" and has a 1/2" loop on the end to hold onto. The brush part is 1/4" diameter by 1" long and uses a very soft nylon that will not scratch the tubing when used with water or your favorite kettle cleaning solution.

Model: AWS500 - $18.99 $16.99
After realizing how important this scale was to our own brewing, it was obvious that it should be offered to brewhardware customers. The primary purpose of this scale is for accurately weighing out your hop additions but it works great for measuring brewing salts (gypsum for example) and smaller specialty grain additions like black patent and others with high impact. The 500 gram max (just over 16 ounces) has an accuracy of .1 grams, a tare function (zero out your weighing cup/tray), reads in either grams or ounces, and can hold a 16oz Solo cup on the 3" weighing platform. We know you'll like this one. We also have a video highlighting this one.

Model: CDN - $17 I sell kits with bimetal dial thermometers because people like to install them, but I always recommend to spot check your temps with a more accurate, quick reading digital thermometer like this one prior to walking away from a mash. I've tried half a dozen instant read thermometers and this is by far my favorite. Waterproof, Recalibratable, 5 year warranty, and under 20 bucks! As of April 2012, these units have an improved narrow tip that reads even faster.

Model: locknut - $3.75 varies by size
Made of 304 stainless. "NPS" is National Straight Thread" which is the same as NPT except it doesn't taper. The 1/2" NPS version is what is used on 1/2" NPT nipples for creating bulkheads. We sell ready made weldless bulkheads but if you have some other DIY project, you can get them here. The 1" is used to make a heating element weldless.
If you need an oring for the 1" NPS version for a weldless heating element install, they are on the gaskets page.

Model: teflon - $1.25
If you're installing any threaded fittings, you'll need to use some teflon tape. On my kits, teflon tape is required where the thermometer threads into the tee on the combo kits as well as on the model SL and SB for welded applications. Tape is NOT required to install the WLSL kit as the threaded connection is on the inside of the vessel behind the rubber seal. This item is only to be added to an order including additional hardware items. Our teflon tape is milspec quality made in Italy, not the paper thin stuff from China. 1/2" wide by 260" long roll.

Model: "BrewDecals" - $3+
Brewhardware is getting just a bit less serious with these fun new cut vinyl decals. The first design offered is this "Home brewer" decal with a mash paddle and fired up boil kettle graphic. There's also one that explains the life of a homebrewer; "Eat. Sleep. Brew". Available in white or black.

Model: LK or LP - $27
This is the flagship product for Brewhardware.com featuring a design that just hasn't been done before. This sight glass or level indicating accessory takes the guess work out of determining how much liquid is in any of your hot side brewing vessels. It is most commonly installed in hot liquor tanks to measure strike and sparge water volumes, but is also very useful in boil kettles to measure pre and post boil volumes. While weldless systems have gotten a bad rep amongst homebrewers, this design is different. When installed per instructions, the unit is 100% guarenteed not to leak the first time and any time you reinstall it (no leak reports in at least 5000 units sold). Available for either converted SANKE kegs (LK) or Straight Sided Pots (LP).

Model: LTSK or LTSP - $53
This kit is based off the popular TK/TP weldless kits but is upsized to 1/2" NPT hardware to accomodate larger vessel holes and the 3" dial thermo with a 6" long probe. The whole kit is more bulky than the TK/TP kits but is the only way to get to a 3" dial face on the thermometer. This kit will work on either conversted Sanke kegs (LTSK) or straight sided pots (LTSP).

Model: LTSNT - $23
If you already have a 1/2" NPT coupling welded into your kettle (or plan to), this sight glass kit will give you a sight glass and open 1/2" NPT female port in a single thread-in package. You'd get this if you already have a dial thermometer that has at least a 4"-6" probe and 1/2" NPT threads on the back. Another popular use is threading in an RTD or thermocouple for use with an electric brewing system (again 4-6" long probes recommended)

Model: 12coup - $3.25
This 1/2" coupling is typically what you'd have welded into your vessel as the bulkhead drain or to add any flexible ports. The full coupling (pictured on right) gives you female threads on both end (bulkheads) and the half coupling (no picture) provides threads on one end which is appropriate for a thermometer port or dedicated weld-in port for the sight glasses that use 1/2" NPT. Cast 304 stainless.

Model: whirlport - $varies
Brewers that use immersion chillers especially often like to use a pump to recirculate wort back into the kettle to whirlpool the wort for faster cooling and eventually to make a concentrated pile of trub and hop particles in the center of the kettle bottom. The two options we offer are high port and low port whirlpool returns and they are both made up of other components we offer throughout the website. This page allows you to add it all to the cart rather than search around for the parts.

Model: smallcutter - $4
This small and affordable tubing cutter is perfect for trimming the top off any of our sight glass tubes that may extend over your pot/keg. Cutting your sight glass flush with the top of your vessel will protect it from getting snagged.
