Model: 3PBV - $17

This is stainless 3-piece body (meaning that it will easily disassemble while still installed for cleaning every few months) with a non-restricing "full port" ball and 1/2" NPT female threads on both ends. Use them on your boil kettle, HLT, mash tun, pumps, etc. As shown in the pic, they have a locking mechanism on the handle. It can be pried off if you don't want the lock.

Includes:

• One 1/2" NPT full port ball valve constructed of Stainless Steel with 3-piece construction. (If you're looking for a more economical option, check out the 2-piece version)

Install Requirements:

• If you are having a coupling welded into your vessel, the hole required is approximately 1-1/8". If you're buying a step bit from me, you'll need the large one.
• If you want to install this as weldless, you can purchase one of the weldless bulkheads on the page dedicated to them.
• Use teflon tape on all threaded connections.

Note: The current weight calculation assumes the ball valve is being added to a sightglass sized box. However, if you order up to 6 of these without a sightglass, I will probably ship in a small USPS flat rate box. If you buy several of these and are overcharged for shipping by more than a dollar or two, I will refund the difference.
