This is the flagship product for Brewhardware.com featuring a design that just hasn't been done before. This sight glass or level indicating accessory takes the guess work out of determining how much liquid is in any of your hot side brewing vessels. It is most commonly installed in hot liquor tanks to measure strike and sparge water volumes, but is also very useful in boil kettles to measure pre and post boil volumes. While weldless systems have gotten a bad rep amongst homebrewers, this design is different. When installed per instructions, the unit is 100% guarenteed not to leak the first time and any time you reinstall it (no leak reports in at least 5000 units sold). Available for either converted SANKE kegs (LK) or Straight Sided Pots (LP).
This kit is based off the popular TK/TP weldless kits but is upsized to 1/2" NPT hardware to accomodate larger vessel holes and the 3" dial thermo with a 6" long probe. The whole kit is more bulky than the TK/TP kits but is the only way to get to a 3" dial face on the thermometer. This kit will work on either conversted Sanke kegs (LTSK) or straight sided pots (LTSP).

This sight glass is modelled closely after the WLSL with only slight modifications to make it through the thicker wall of the cooler. The installation process is a bit more challenging than other kits so please read all the details carefully. This is intended for 10 gallon Rubbermaid or Igloo beverage dispensing coolers that are being used as hot liquor tanks.
This compact kit combines a weldless sight glass (level indicator) with a 2" dial face thermometer and only requires a single hole in your vessel. It is similar to the larger LTSK and LTSP kits but the hardware is based on 1/4" NPT and the thermometer is downsized to 2" diameter. We tend to recommend putting your thermometer into a separate port up higher on the pot, but for those people who want the simplicity of a single hole in the vessel, this is the solution. This kit is available for either a straight sided pot (TP), converted Sanke keg (TK) and even a bulge sided Coors or Hoff keg (TKB).

You'd get this if you already have a dial thermometer that has at least a 4"-6" probe and 1/2" NPT threads on the back and you're starting with a fresh undrilled, unwelded kettle. Another popular use is threading in an RTD or thermocouple for use with an electric brewing system (again 4-6" long probes recommended). This is available for either a converted SANKE keg (LTSKNT) or Straight Sided Pot (LTSPNT). If you don't need upsided 1/2" NPT hardware, we'd recommend the more compact TKNT or TPNT kits instead.
Offered by several requests, this kit is exactly the same as the weldless compact sight/thermo combo except it does NOT include the thermometer. The practical application for this kit is if you want to install an RTD or thermocouple for electric brewing vessels or a digital thermometer for more precise monitoring.
