This Electric brew in a bag package is built off the popular Bayou Classic Model 1440 - 10 gallon capacity which measures 15" diameter x 16" high (including the lid handle). The 10 gallon capacity is adequate for 5.5 gallon finished batch sizes with a maximum original gravity of 1.090

It also includes a high flow, silver-soldered drain bulkhead with 2pc ball valve and internal edge pickup diptube,
silver soldered 1.5" TC bulkhead with gasket, clamp and 5500 watt TC integrated heating element (you supply the L6-30R cable)
Wilser mesh bag
Stainless steel BIAB false bottom to keep the bag off the element.
This package does NOT include a controller for the element but you will definitely want one. We can drill the hole for whatever probe you need.


This is a great compromise between price and build quality. These DO have volume measurements stamped into the back side of the pot, visible on the inside.
