Description   The colorpHast brand test strips are by far the best version of this type of pH testing short of buying a meter. You get 100 strips which you can actually double by cutting each strip in half long ways. Dip it in your mash and compare it to the color on the case. These are high precision strips that read between pH 4 and 7 with a lot of color shades in between. Note that testing against a reliable meter has shown that the test strips consistently read .3 low meaning if you read 5.0 on the strip, the actual pH is 5.3. Once you know this offset, no problem at all.
