These 28" long solid Maple paddles are crafted in the U.S. from Michigan Maple. The intermediate size is perfect for up to 10 gallon batchs and especially brew in a bag BIAB batches where a bigger paddle would potentially mangle the bag. No finish, oil, or coatings of any kind.
