3 of 5 Could be better December 16, 2019

Should be a great product with some finishing, just wish I didn't have to do it myself. Mine came with all the edges extremely sharp and rust on the bottom. Going to try to clean it up with a dremel and some BKF.

5 of 5 Works Great January 13, 2019
Reviewer: PZ from New York, NY United States
Bought this for my new cooler MLT to support the bag I use for easy grain disposal in my small kitchen. It's simple and easy to clean. The area under the dome is small so I didn't need to adjust my mash water much. The only thing to watch is that the edges are rough and can easily damage gloves or hang up on brew bags.

4 of 5 Works great for a pump setup. May 16, 2017
Reviewer: Stephen from Salem, MA United States
I use this in a HERMS system with a pump and it worked great.. It wasn't exactly flush with the kettle bottom, but the weight of the grain bed seems to push it down flush.

5 of 5 Perfect Fit March 29, 2017
Reviewer: McNabbulous from Dearborn, MI United States
For 15 gallon Concord pot.  Does not cover entire diameter of pot, but a majority of it does, and kept out any grains during the mash/fly-sparging process.

5 of 5 Exceeded Expectations March 7, 2017
Reviewer: Michael Salvatore from Humble, TX United States
I installed this in my 10 gallon igloo cooler MLT used in a HERMs system. My old false bottom used to stick 50% of the time at flows less that 1 gpm. My last brew with this false bottom allowed me to recirculate at 2+ gpm without issue. Wish I would've found this sooner. Worth every penny.

5 of 5 Awesome May 21, 2016
Reviewer: Jason Floor from Scottsdale, AZ United States
All of the camlocks from BrewHardware.com are excellent quality and I love the custom and specialty fittings they offer just for homebrewing, they really make a huge difference and are easy to clean, use, and sanitize, and flow very well. This kit includes everything you need to convert a cooler to a mash tun, and it worked great for me using the 10 gallon home depot orange coolers.

5 of 5 This thing rocks!! April 14, 2016
Reviewer: William E Register from San Diego, CA United States
I recently switched from a bazooka screen over to the 12" false bottom.  The difference was like night and day! The high flow elbow mixed with high flow Cam Lock fittings produced a very well filtered wort.

5 of 5 Completely functional and reliable April 2, 2016
Reviewer: Chris from Basking Ridge, NJ United States
There are many false bottoms to be used with cooler mash tuns,  but I'm very impressed with the attention to detail.  The design is very well thought out.  If you're in the market for one of these, this is the one to get.

4 of 5 Hi flo, bro! May 1, 2015
Reviewer: Eric Harper from Fort Mill, SC United States
I was amazed how hard it was to find a 1/2" plumbed false bottom. Bobby did not disappoint. Perfect fit to my Home Depot 10G beverage cooler. I did notice it tended to allow through a little more grain bits than my previous stainless braid, but not enough to be a concern. I'll take that over stuck mashes I got a few times w/ the braid.
