Exceptional Quality and Service November 30, 2017 Reviewer: D B from Italy   I called to ask about the difference between the 2 pc and 3 pc ball valve and got to speak with Bobby, who was more than helpful. After I explained my setup, he recommended the 3pc and I couldn't be happier. It's of very high quality and after a test boil with just water, the valve opens and closes like butter. Smooth action and just enough resistance so that you don't accidentally bump the valve open. Was this review helpful to you?
