Description   The Wine Expert World Vineyard kits are a great compromise between price and quality. Full bodied , dense and structured, this is classic Cabernet. Sweet and spicy on the nose, this is a fruit forward wine with flavors of cherry, raspberry and black currant finishing with rich , velvety tannins. Oak: Medium Body: Meduim-Full Alcohol: 13% This kit includes 12 liters of juice, additives and yeast. You will need a 6+ gallon fermenting bucket or carboy for a primary fermenter and a 6 gallon carboy for aging. We also recommend a wine degassing whip. Yields 6 gallons of wine.
