Description   Built on the value-heavy Brewmaster 18.5 gallon kettle, this BIAB kettle package can brew up to 10 gallon "Brew in a Bag" BIAB batches with a typical OG max of 1.090. In addition to the kettle, which already included a welded drain port and 2pc ball valve, we include an edge pickup diptube, Wilser BIAB bag, and a false bottom to keep the bag off the bottom should you want to apply any corrective heat. This version of the package also includes our TC-integrated 5500 watt heating element, TIG welded 1.5" TC port and associated clamp and gasket. It does NOT include a controller but we will drill a hole in the kettle for whichever probe you'll be using. The Auber Cube 3e would be a fine choice. Note: we TIG weld the element TC port at either the 9 o'clock or 3 o'clock position under the handles to accommodate compact safe shipping. If you have a preference, let us know. We can also put it at the 12 o'clock spot if you request it. A scratch or two is common and the polishing on the kettle welds are sometimes not perfect. At this price, you really can't complain.... so please don't.
