This tank requires a trade in of a 22 cuft tank (note that Nitro/beer gas tanks are sized in cubic feet, not pounds. A 20ft beer gas tank is approximately the size of a 5LB CO2 tank) in good condition with the latest HYDRO date stamp no older than 5 years. Look for a stamp on the tank that looks like 08 A 09 which would mean the hydro test date was last done in August of 2009. If there is a 5 point star after the date, we'll take the tank in trade if that date is no older than 9 years. If the tank is branded with BrewHardware.com, we do not look for tank dates at all.

The tank you receive will be filled with 100% Nitrogen. It is typically used for cold brew coffee
