Light in color and low in protein, produced from the finest European two-row barley. This malt is well modified and can easily be mashed with a single-temperature infusion. 1.4 - 1.8 L

Keep in mind this is notably more expensive than our German Pilsner malt and we're not quite sure you'll notice the difference. We have this for those who really want to make their Belgian beers with Belgian malt.

Grain is now offered in either pounds or ounces to better accommodate customer needs. Please pay attention to which item you are ordering and select your quantity appropriately. Remember, there are 16 ounces in a pound. Note that 16 x 1 ounces will cost you slightly more than 1 x 1 pound.
