Brewhardware.com branded splitters were custom spec'd out with high quality brass shutoff valves and uses 1/4" MFL or "male flare" connections for input and output. The reason this is superior to versions with fixed hose barbs is connection flexibility. MFL connections allows for swiveling barb connections as well as DUOTIGHT/EVA tubing connections (and whatever comes in the future).

Take the gas line from your CO2 regulator and connect it to the input. Now you have two valved outputs to connect to two kegs. This unit has 1/4" Male Flare (MFL) on the input and the outputs. The outputs have ball valves on them with built in check valves to prevent backflow. In order to connect your gas tubing to this manifold, you will need swivel barb adapters and nylon flare gaskets for each port.
