DESCRIPTION Ripe cherry, plum and red berry flavors with subtle notes of toasty oak, vanilla, and spice. Soft tannins and good acidity with a smooth mouthfeel. ATTRIBUTES Sweetness: Dry Body: Medium Oak: Medium ABV: 13.5%

This kit includes 14 liters of juice, additives and yeast. You will need a 6+ gallon fermenting bucket or carboy for a primary fermenter and a 6 gallon carboy for aging. We also recommend a wine degassing whip.
