The Blichmann small weldless HERMS coil has less overall tubing length (25 feet) and is great for smaller pots.
  • Dimensions: 7.75" Tall x 9.375" Diameter
  • Fittings Dimensions: 7.75" center to center
  • Connections: 1/2" NPT weldless
  • Includes: Two 1/2" Elbow QuickConnector fittings
THIS ITEM MAY be drop shipped directly from Blichmann so allow a few extra days for processing.

We prefer using a ball valve on the lower ports of HERMS coils to allow hose disconnect without fully draining the coil. If you want to do that, keep in mind you'll need to add a hex nipple on the outside of the valve to use the included quick connectors. We also prefer camlock fittings for faster connections and if you go that route, use a camA on the top port of the coil and a camF on the lower port after the recommended ball valve.


If you would like us to install this coil in either a pot you bring in to the shop or one you plan on buying from us for shipping, simply add quantity two of the labor charge found in the accessories list to the right. Unless you tell us otherwise, we mount the ports at the pot's 5 o'clock position, just to the right of the drain, as low as possible.

It's built well. I contorted this thing a lot trying to wrench down the fittings during install and probably abused it more than I should but it held up. Solid.
