Raw honey is simply harvested out of hives and strained through a coarse strainer just to remove any debris such as bees wax. This retains the delicate flavor and aromatics of the honey vs. honey that has been heated and pasteurized.

Buckwheat Honey, a honey gathered from buckwheat blooms, which is a dark brown honey of strong, distinct flavor.

Packing unfiltered raw honey since 1918—as the bees intended.
