Description

This item is specifically for customers who have already contacted us regarding a sight glass breakage. We want to hear about the nature of the breakage and to advise you of the correct item.

To purchase a replacement assembly, select the kit that you originally purchased in the options dropdown.

The cost of replacement is $9 plus shipping. The replacement includes the tube, fitting and a strip of calibration numbers. You must use your existing eyebolt and weldless parts.

Melted Sight Tube	Saturday, January 10, 2015

I installed it on my boil kettle and the heat from the burner melted the plastic tube spilling hot liquid all over my floor. I purchased the heat shield and a replacement tube. I will try it again, but with extreme caution this time.
