Riwaka Hop Profile

Riwaka™ hops are one of the most prized varieties to come out of New Zealand. Riwaka Brand 85.6-23, also referred to as D Saaz, is a triploid hop variety with "Old Line" Saaz genetics. The Saazgenetics really shine in Riwaka as it has much of the same aroma, but just more of it. Riwaka has nearly double the total oils of Saaz so expect powerful citrus aromas of pink grapefruit. This fresh and zesty aroma makes Riwaka a great fit in any IPA or Hazy style.
