This cord measures 5 feet long and has a NEMA L6-30R molded female receptacle on one end and pre-stripped conductors on the other end. You can add an L6-30P on to the stripped end to create a 5 ft extension order or hard wire that end into your control panel. The primary purpose of this cord is to connect in to one of our TC-Integrated heating elements.

It’s a cord with receptacle.  Works, meets my needs.  I found it a little difficult to get to engage with the prongs on the heater element- this was most likely operator error.

I thought about trying to put one of these together but by the time you buy the cord and the receptacle...you might as well get one purpose-built and sealed from the receptacle back.  I did, glad I did, and no futzing around.

love the ease of hookup. everything is all premade for the element and still looks good. instead of attaching a electrical box to your kettle. just wish you had the option to get a longer length. no problem though, just had to extend the line in a electrical box under my brew stand.
