Crisp green apple and ripe honeydew melon command this fresh and fruity wine with a velvety finish. A versatile, food- friendly wine. Sweetness: Dry, Body: Medium, Oak Intensity: None

This kit includes 14 liters of juice, additives and yeast. You will need a 6+ gallon fermenting bucket or carboy for a primary fermenter and a 6 gallon carboy for aging. We also recommend a wine degassing whip.

Yields 6 gallons of wine.
