This is the appropriate plug to put on the end of our 10/3 cable for hooking up a Hotrod or Hot Pod equipped with a 240v 5500 watt element

Note that we source these plugs from several vendors to keep the price as low as possible so the one you receive may not be exactly as pictured. You may receive either brand new no-name Chinese made plugs OR a name brand unit such as Hubbell that has been reclaimed (having been installed on large equipment that never got plugged in). At this price you can't go wrong either way. A Hubbell unit new from Home Depot would cost you almost $30.

I needed a plug for the "Cable, 10/3 Cord with Nema L6-30R Twist Lock Cord Receptacle" I bought to connect to the 5500 ULWD heating element; fits perfectly in my panel, and connected easily to the 10/3 cord.  Couldn't ask for me.
