Better heat control!
This dish installs underneath the lowest perforated disc in the boiler of the Brewzilla and forces all of the wort that exits the bottom drain to first evenly cascade down the heated bottom surface of the boiler. Essentially it prevents mash liquor from making a short cut to the pump without being heated first. Frankly this should have been included in the original design of the unit so shame on kegland for that, but at least they have made it available as an upgrade. Get it.
