Bayou Classic Model 1310 - 40 quart measures 13.6" diameter x 16" high.

The Bayou Classic Tri-clad kettles were recently added to the catalog. The main advantage of these premium level kettles is the thickness of the bottom. It has a disk of 3mm aluminum embedded between two layers of 1mm stainless making it better at distributing the heat on a direct fired burner.

We currently offer these in either 40 quarts (10 gallons) which is ideal for 5-6 gallon all grain batches and 64 quart (16 gallons) which is great for 10-11 gallon all grain batches. Both of these sizes feature 20-gauge stainless constructions, welded side handles, and an included lid.

We stock these pots in limited quantities but depending on the total items ordered and your shipping location, we may opt to have the pot drop shipped directly from Bayou. If you are looking to pick this up in our retail store or have accessories added prior to shipping, it is important that you call or email ahead to see if we actually have enough on hand.

We also offer the Bayou stock false bottom for this pot as an accessory. To be completely transparent about this false bottom, we believe it sits up higher off the bottom that is necessary for use as a mash tun but it will still work fine. You'll just need to mash a bit thinner to make up for the liquid below the false bottom.
