The 1" Triclover (TC) Instrument Tee in 304SS. An instrument tee has a shortened tap port which is practical for thermometer mounting or diffusion stones so they sit in the passing liquid flow. This 1" TC version is based on 1" OD tubing.

On the long side, it measures 4.75" flange to flange. On the shorter side port, the max depth at the center is 1.5". If you're using a TC temperature probe with a narrow tip, the max length is 40mm with the probe nearly touching (including the gasket depth as long as you don't over tighten the clamp). Note that there may be some slight variation in depth due to manufacturing tolerance. If you have an application that will be a close fit, call ahead and we'll measure the exact one we'd be sending you.

Perfect fit for my auber TC temp probe	Friday, September 27, 2024

I contacted Bobby about the depth of the probe port on this tee and he measured it for me and added the note here about calling ahead. It turned out to be a perfect fit, the probe just barely clears the other side. If I tighten the clamp too much I can make it touch, but I just try to avoid that.

As usual, fantastic service from Bobby. I've reached out to him on several occasions and he's always been quick to respond and has always found a solution to my problem.
