An error was made in the first order with the Brewhardware and one of the items I received was incorrect. I messaged them about it along with a photo of the incorrect item and got an immediate response them the the correct item was being shipped out immediately. They did not ask me to send back the other item (was just a bulkhead worth 4 or 5 bucks), and I got the replacement the same week. I've ordered from them 2 times after that and shipping has been quick everytime. More than anything, I appreciate how they handled their mistake. Its easy to say a company is good when there are no hiccups...but you dont truly know how good a business is until you see how they handle a problem. Brewhardware totslly met my expectations in that regard.
The quality and pricing of pretty much everything they sell is very competitive. I can't see myself ordering hardware and equipment anywhere else unless Brewhardware happens to not carry it.
