This batch of grain was weighed and mixed together. It was left whole and prepared on 3/26/25.

7lb. 8oz. Floor Malted No. 19 Maris Otter 2.3L
13oz. British Crystal Medium 67.5L
8oz. Briess Chocolate Malt 350L

Suggested as the start of a dark mild grain bill. Just add 8 oz. DRC and 6oz. flaked oats.

The mix design was spec'd & abandoned by someone else - I brewed it, added some Cascade & El Dorado,  and pitched a dry Lutra.  Turned out clear and tastes good  - might have to add this to the brew list. Who would have thought.
