5 of 5 Extremely pleased November 28, 2022

Admittedly I have only used just a few times but so much nicer than my old element.  The spacing on the ripples is wide enough to get a brush in.  They clean up real easy and look fantastic.

This is a great product, it's so fast at heating a five gallon batch I almost miss the down time to get other things done!

5 of 5 best upgrade I could make September 22, 2020
Reviewer: Michael Johnson from Grand Rapids, MI United States
This kit works great. I purchased this over 2 years ago and it was the best way to go all grain. It would take me 4 to 6 hours to brew extract on the stove with this it takes about 3 hours total.

5 of 5 Very Happy July 1, 2019
Reviewer: Steve from Pennsylvania
This should have a better rating. After talking to Bobby, I decided to move forward with this since I wished to solder my TC fitting on. I purchased the pull-through tool and hole saw bit as he described and hoped for the best. Turns out, the hole saw worked great and the pull-through tool was extremely simple to use.  Just watch his videos and it's a piece of cake. The pull though tool actually seats the TC fitting nicely and holds it in place for soldering. The key to actually soldering is adequately heating the SURROUNDING area and to take your time doing it. Again, if you watch his videos, he clearly shows you how to do this stuff. I'm no pro but have sweated copper pipe a few times.  I'm very happy with the results.

Also, the 5500 watt ripple did great for my first 10 gallon batch. This baby can heat, and I had no scorching.

1 of 5 Ground prong broke free after 6 months use November 18, 2017
Reviewer: David Erb from Tryon, NC United States
Bought two of these and both ground prongs broke loose after 6 months of use. They were not abused in any way, simply plugging and unplugging was the only wear they received. One broke loose from the post and is unusable, the other broke free at the base and is not safe as it is not making a consistent ground connection.
