5 of 5 1.5" Triclamp Tool on a Beer Keg July 4, 2023
Reviewer: Robert Fontaine from Canuckistan
You are going to want to increase your hole size a bit over recommended for a thin pot and definitely use properly sized wrenches as it is a bear to drive through the steel of a Beer Keg but it is doable and it's never coming out.     A little silver solder for luck and you are done.

5 of 5 Great way to add tri-clover! May 2, 2022
Reviewer: John Waggoner from Clinton Township, MI United States
The video was perfect on how to use the tool to install ferrule.  There is another video on how to do the silver solder that was very helpful as well!  The tool is well made and it was easy to use.  I have completed 2 installs so far and have one more to go!

5 of 5 Fantastic! December 23, 2020

I can't say enough about how well this tool works for putting 1.5" TC fittings into your kettle.  I normally pull through from inside out to dome it out and then pop the ferrule back out and pull it in from the correct side.  This leaves a VERY nice domed fillet inside that fills with solder and make a smooth curved application that scrubs up nice with barkeeps friend.

I’ve been waiting for this to come back in stock and boy was it worth the wait!! Super easy to use gave me the ability to put 1.5” tri clamp fitting on my HLT and boil kettle for my electric elements.

5 of 5 Fantastic March 8, 2020

As always, never disappointed with Brewhardware.  Very intuitive design and very cost effective when compared to alternatives.  It's at a point now where I'm tempted to replace all fittings on my kettles with 1.5 TC connectors!

5 of 5 Everything is true March 4, 2020

I'm so impressed. This tool/technique is just fantastic. I've been looking for a good sanitary tig welder, for years, and every time I find one, they make enough money and are busy, it's hard to get a fitting put on.
Now I feel like I can make the gear, I want. Totally custom.
You need to do careful work, but it's very straightforward. It's a game changer for me! Way to go Bobby.

I flared the kettle outward and then pressed  my 1.5" ferrule into opening and worked very nicely and looks great.
