It's about time! September 30, 2015 Reviewer: Plex from Raleigh, NC United States   It's about time someone created a bulkhead that follows the proper design practices for o-rings. The True Bulkhead designs from Bobby are great! I'll be replacing my existing ones as I go. I like the fact that I can easily remove the dip tube due to the plastic compression ring. Never delivered. July 27, 2015 Reviewer: Drew McGuire from San Francisco, CA United States   Not sure what rinky dink operation you are running, but nothing ever arrived.  I get deliveries from UPS/FedEx/USPS/DHL multiple times a month, and your package can't get here?  It tells me a lot about how your set up. BREWHARDWARE RESPONSE: Customer left this review without ever contacting us and he had tracking information available to him the entire time. We found out that the package was sitting at his local post office because we had a signature confirmation because he lives in an apartment building. We understand that requiring signature confirmation is sometimes a big enough inconvenience to cause people to whine uncontrollably. Was this review helpful to you?

Top quality engineering and manufacturing February 14, 2015 Reviewer: Shawn L from MA, United States   The design of these "True Bulkheads" is far superior to the nipple/coupling setups that are sold elsewhere.  No leaks when finger tight on the pot but the O-ring gland allows you to really cinch it down so it doesn't move around.  The one piece design of the bulkhead does not rely on Teflon tape to seal.   The stainless tubing cuts easily with a standard tube cutter and fits nicely in my 10 gallon kettle.  I have subsequently ordered a stainless ferrule for it; the nylon one seals nicely but I personally don't like how loose the tube is with the nylon one.  For many this will be fine but for my setup I want it nice and tight since it goes between the coils of my boil coil (only reason I ended up with this instead of the elbarb version).  Quality of manufacture is also impressive, this thing is almost too pretty to brew with! Loose fitting ferrule and dip tube connection December 18, 2014 Reviewer: Timothy Sopcak from Harrisburg, PA United States   Always love the quality and thoughtfulness of your products but I've noticed with my new integrated bulkhead and dip tube that the ferrule is quite loose and doesn't appear to have much friction to stay in place. Any reason for this as the same model that I had purchased in the past, which is of slightly different design, has a very tight fitting ferrule. All parts including your false bottom are in use but my dip tube appears to not be as secure as expected. Any reason or recommendations? Was this review helpful to you?
