eKettle 2.0 builds on everything that made the original great and now it's compatible with the new Brew Basket.
The Halo Elements have proven themselves over countless brew days. Crafted from Incoloy 800 alloy, these custom low watt density elements are custom sized to the corresponding kettle volume to provide consistent and even heating while also allowing for a more effective whirlpool and trub cone formation.
Available in 10 and 20 gallon sizes, both configurations are engineered to maximize a standard 240 VAC, 30 amp residential circuit for fast ramp times. Fully welded TC fittings, a TC ball valve paired with our classic trub dam, an integrated PT100 temperature probe, and a front-to-back handle orientation round out a kettle built for the serious brewer.

Due to the integrated PT100 thermo probe, the eKettle 2.0 is only compatible with Ss Brewtech eController 2.0
BrewHardware note: We have the ability to install additional TC ports anywhere on this kettle you want. Most advantageous, we can turn this into a bottom draining kettle because the bottoms are NOT TRICLAD. We can also put steam condensing onto it.
This is a slick kettle that lands at a very accommodating size 13.5 gallons, for a 5/6 gallon no sparge batch.
