If you're too classy for old pickle jars and laundry detergent tubs, or you want to keep your fermenter mobile without kicking a bucket of star san over, this ultra posh solution is calling.
This stainless container will hold a half gallon of starsan with a little room to spare, though you may want to underfill if you expect some chunkage to be blown off. To keep things neat, it also includes a matching lid with a relief cut for the tubing to enter.
The clamp includes a rubber insert for extra grab and is designed to secure to most known fermenter legs in the homebrewing sizes such as Spike CF series, Brewbuilt and others. It will also secure to typical stainless prep table legs (1.5" diameter).
The container is about 6" diameter x 7" tall.
Pro tip: Adjust your blowoff so that the tubing is only submerged in your sanitizer to one inch of depth. If you make the mistake of cold crashing without CO2 pressure and it starts sucking the liquid up the tube, it will start sucking air before the sanitizer makes it all the into the fermenter. Make no mistake about it. It's really unfortunate to suck oxygen into your fermenter, but not as bad as putting a half gallon of sanitizer in there.
