Steve Gillette September 2, 2016 Reviewer: Stephen Gillette from Hockessin, DE United States   I will start by saying I was very happy with the quality of the hardware and am about to order the same ball valve and weldless bulkhead for my hot liquor tank. I would not think twice about rating you 5 stars if it was based on the hardware I received and the service. The lower rating is because I did not receive silicone tubing or the barb (the photo shows two for some reason). https://www.brewhardware.com/product_p/coolermashfb10.htm I have since received both from Amazon but would prefer to support an independent brew site. I suggest clarifying the web page. Brewhardware Response: Steve, I wish you would have emailed or called about your concern before posting a review. Part of having good service is how we deal with concerns and we don't have an opportunity to do that when we are not contacted. The kit does include a short piece of silicone tubing to connect the FB to the bulkhead. If we left that out, I'm sorry and I would have gladly got that into the mail immediately if I knew. The exterior hose barb is not included and we do make that very clear on the page already. The picture shows two different barb sizes as well as a quick disconnect to show typical usage. There is no barb listed in the "included parts" list and the full text says that you need to add the hose barb which is listed as an accessory on the page. Was this review helpful to you?

Great product for a not so great cooler August 9, 2016 Reviewer: Andrew Anderson from Reading, OH United States   This was bought for my Rubbermaid (Home Depot) cooler. The parts are absolutely perfect and fit together very well. The machining quality is what I would call spectacular. Now, if youre reading this to buy for your Rubbermaid cooler by all means DO IT! However, The predrilled hole in your cooler basically has no QC done on it and is going to be any number of sizes. My bulkhead barely made it on due to the size of the hole. Bobby here at BrewHardware.com kindly instructed me that the igloo branded units are better, which is something I found to be quite accurate. Bottom line is, this product does what its designed to do, and does it extremely well. I only had about a pint of deadspace under it. If possible avoid the Rubbermaid cooler if youre buying one and get yourself an igloo, the installation will be smoother and youll have a much more confident seal. Good deal July 28, 2016 Reviewer: Joe from Milwaukee, WI United States   After looking for quite a while I don't think you can MacGyver a better set up and it's definitely a better value than some of the pre built homebrew store set ups.
