Don't be fooled by the look June 10, 2016 Reviewer: Michael Wozny from Chicago, IL United States   So I received my new element ALL Stainless, when you look at it it does not look stainless. The guys at brew hardware were nice enough to include a note explaining why they do not look like a typical shiney SS element. It is well constructed and does not rust, and indeed is stainless. Best coustomer service! Money Well Spent! March 8, 2016 Reviewer: Jeffrey Watson from Spring, TX United States   I have switched all of my heating elements out to these all stainless models. No matter what I did, I always had problems with rust on the standard elements. I tried the sacrificial anode and sealing the face with silicone, but still had problems with rust. I swapped out the elements for these stainless models and have been glad I did every brew since. Was this review helpful to you?

5500W 240V Element December 20, 2015 Reviewer: Destin Hinton from West Point, UT United States   Brew hardware was great do deal with.  I emailed some random questions before I purchased and received great information back concerning my setup.  I did a test run with 5 gallons of water with my new setup then  brewed yesterday with no issues.  I was very happy with this element.  It heated up faster than my propane burner and it was very quiet. Easton, MA United States   This is a great element at a great price.  I bought 2 to hook up a system for my buddy (Keggle HLT/MT/BK) Set up.  We measured 10 - 12 mins from mash out to full rolling boil on 6 gal of wort. Query September 3, 2015 Reviewer: Andy Woolhouse from Oxford, Canterbury New Zealand   I think you may have shipped the wrong element, I was expecting a shiny stainless steel element, what I got looked like a second hand element. Brewhardware comment: The elements are 100% stainless steel including the sheath and the screw in base. We never describe them as highly polished. The manufacturing process leaves the surface discolored from the heat and they do NOT polish them back to brilliant. Our product images do not show shiny polished stainless steel elements and the description is clear that these are not pretty. Was this review helpful to you?
