5 of 5 What I Can Say, Continued June 11, 2018

To Lee Catoe's from Greenville, SC United States review about what can he say about nylon washers: What I can say, Lee, is I lost several 20# co2 tanks to a leak due to the lack of one of these on the gas connection to my lone Sankey coupler. I was inspecting the regualtors and cornys like the NTSB after an airline crash and figured the commercial coupler was so well made I never bothered looking closely at it. The oversight of a $0.25 washer cost me $100 in co2. Shamefully, I already had at least ten extras in the parts bin! I cannot overstate the importance of these little soldiers! Buy double what you need. You'll need them soon enough!

What can you say about little nylon washers to ensure a good seal for your CO2 lines?  Prompt shipping and I got what I ordered...

5 of 5 Must Have! November 6, 2016

Remember to use one of these if you are using any connection with gas that doesn't already have a gasket/washer already built in like on a gas post quick dis-connect. If your screwing a swivel nut on a 1/4 inch flare to use with a gas connection, you have to use one of these or it will leak! Get a few to have as spares, they are not expensive.
