worked as advertised February 16, 2020 Reviewer: Eric H from Long Island   I wanted to try putting a TC port on a kettle lid to CIP my brew kettle with my Spike CIP ball bought for the fermentor.  Easy to use and in this geometry and not needing to really crank down for lead concerns I did not find I needed the special tool. Worth its weight in gold! February 22, 2019 Reviewer: Harry from Langhorne, PA United States   I used 2 of these in my old boil pot to convert it to a HLT. I drilled out the hole for the analog thermometer to replace it with a thermowell and the other I drilled a hole for an electric element. Super easy and a heck of a lot cheaper than having fitting welded professionally on your old pot! Was this review helpful to you?
