I use this when filling kegs with Star San for purging. I use a RO system from Buckeye Hydro. Because of that, I have a convenient already existing mains water hookup using their tubing. With this fitting, I can pull the feed line from the RO system and connect it to evabarrier/Duotight tubing. That lets me connect a Duotight ball lock qd and then use mains water pressure to overfill the keg out through the prv and know there is absolutely zero o2 in the keg.
