Superb setup! Outstanding customer service! March 28, 2024 Reviewer: Chip from Virginia   I made a brief call before placing my order online.  I received some helpful advice from Bobby on port placement and thermometer choice.   I didn't get the system for its looks, but the kettle is simply gorgeous with its brushed stainless.  The welds look flawless.  The ports were exactly where I wanted them.   Every item was delivered timely and as ordered with an itemized list with checkmarks to ensure accuracy.  There were even helpful instructions printed out on little pieces of paper.  To me, this shows they're really thinking of the customer. The equipment performs very well.  The quick disconnects are super convenient.  The silicone tubing is just the right length.  The Topsflo pump is so quiet that I've found myself looking at my controller's 120 V switch to tell if its on.  No leaks and plenty of flow.   It's a really sweet setup, "so choice." Amazing eBIAB system!!! March 25, 2024 Reviewer: Vincent from Maine   After looking at many options to move toward an electric brewing / all-in-one system, I decided on the premium recirculating eBIAB package. I couldn’t be happier with the buying experience, being able to discuss custom needs and modifications was easy and the entire system arrived ready to set up for a brew day. I am positive this will be the last brewing system I ever need to buy. The included operating instructions made my first brew day a breeze. Complete game changer. Absolutely amazing. April 2, 2023 Reviewer: Mike Formisano from MI   I'd been brewing with a stovetop kettle and coolers for mash/lauter for years and was pretty hesitant to pull the trigger on a all in one BIAB system. I researched for over a year before settling on this system. Never have I once regretted a single penny. It makes the brew day faster, easier, and more precise. I love how it's modular, too. I hate being locked into proprietary ecosystems and that's a big draw of this system for me. A few touches I love are the loctite recirculation arm, the thoughtful way various ports are welded onto the kettle, so it's easy to move and store and nothing gets in your way as you carry it around. The element is extremely powerful and heats 10 gal of water in the amount of time it takes me to measure my salts, get the hops staged and prep grain. It holds mash temperature exactly. Heating up to boil takes just another few minutes. 10/10. Wouldn't change a thing. Was this review helpful to you?

30-Gallon BIAB January 26, 2023 Reviewer: Brian from Stewartsville, New Jersey   I went into the store to replace my 90's era homemade mashtun and wound up getting a custom BIAB capable of making 15-gallon batches. Bobby showed me the system he uses and my reservations regarding BIAB disappeared. Due to the size i needed, I wanted a bottom drain so that I could clean the kettle in place. Went with a Blichman 30-gallon kettle. Bobby was very patient and responsive during the design process and placement of the bottom drain, side whirlpool, steam slayer, thermo well and 240 volt element port. His welds are flawless. I completed the build with the riptide pump and the brew hardware custom auber cube 5e. I've brewed 3 times with this system. I'm making way better beer, having way more fun and doing it all faster than before.  Great product and even better customer service! Was this review helpful to you?

Premium system - Reasonable price January 8, 2023 Reviewer: Chris Grainger from Westport, Ontario   I saw Bobby's system in action on YouTube and thought this would be the perfect combination of flexibility and cost.   I called the store and Bobby answered... all 4 times that I called.  The fact that I could customize what parts I needed based on equipment I already had, sealed the purchase deal for me. Bobby and his crew packaged this system as if it was going to their house.  The Spike 38 litre kettle is a thing of beauty.  I've never seen such beautiful welds and attention to detail, both the Spike work and the additions Bobby puts in.  The Blichmann Brew Commander is very easy to use and understand. One brew day isn't a large sample size, but I had fewer hiccups with this system than I have experienced when using any other new piece of equipment or new brewing procedure.  The brew day went very smoothly indeed.  Cleanup was a breeze. If you have been contemplating an eBIAB system and are comparing systems.... give this one a real hard look.  You will not be disappointed. Was this review helpful to you?

20 gal Spike BIAB with Auber Cube July 15, 2022 Reviewer: Robert Greisinger from Canton, GA United States   This was a big decision to make and so glad I selected this system.  I have made 30 gallons of beer so far and every batch hit all the numbers.  Well thought out, and like any system there is a learning curve.  On the most recent 10 gal batch with 24 lbs grain it ran like clockwork.  Once you understand how to program the Auber Cube it works beautifully.  I really enjoy this system and it is so easy, as I had previously used a multi tier system and have been homebrewing for 4 decades.   Being new to BIAB I can see why systems like this make it so popular.  If you are thinking about it, do it, you will not regret it!
