JUST GREAT! April 3, 2019 Reviewer: David T. from Wisconsin   At first when I looked at it I was confused. The weldless fitting is so small and so perfect looking I thought I was shipped an incomplete piece. No, It's just that high of quality. (Note, its not a nut like you'd expect!) Step 2: to drill my kettle. I'm installing two of these as a Manometer in my Mash tun. So the bottom one has to fit below the false bottom. I drilled a bit too low... uh oh... nope. NOT A PROBLEM. The quality of the gasket and incredibly small footprint of this doesn't mind the slight curve at the bottom of the hole! WHEW! Ordered another one for the HLT now, just because IT'S SO GOOD! Like, I don't even usually care how much water is in my HLT, but why not with a product this nice. Was this review helpful to you?

Haven't received it yet January 13, 2016 Reviewer: Jai Pope from Papillion, NE United States   I'd love to review the item, but it's been almost 2 weeks and I don't have what I ordered. Your shipping is ridiculously slow. I won't be ordering from you again. Brewhardware Response: I saw your review on the sightglass. I agree that 10 days in transit is unreasonable but we shipped within 2 business days of your order. You chose the cheapest first class USPS shipping option and they are the ones that took a while to get it to you. It's weird that you would review the product that way and decide not to do business with us over a USPS service issue. If you selected priority mail, it would have arrived faster.
