Updating Brew System July 9, 2026 Reviewer: Hambone from Grand Haven Michigan   Purchased a Blichmann top tier stand and needed to upgrade my HLT and boil kettles.  Have always used a banjo burner and used an auto siphon or gravity to transfer.  Looked for another option to welded bulkheads and Brew Hardware has a great alternative! I used a Greenlee Slug Buster to cut holes and the pull through tool to set the bulkheads.  Soldering was not that difficult.  I opened a vise on my workbench to hold the kettles as I soldered them.  I am a DIY’er and this was quite easy and very happy with results so far.
