5 of 5 Awesome leak-free bulkhead March 13, 2024
Reviewer: Jackie from Richmond, CA United States
This is a really great weldless bulkhead and Bobby helped me figure out just the right way to install it. Kettle leaking gone! And I can use my new brew pot (happy dance).
It's also really high quality, well-machined & thoughtfully designed.
You guys rock!

5 of 5 Easy install February 4, 2023

Got this to circulate wort under my false bottom for BIAB. Five minutes with a stepped drill bit and touch up of burrs with a file and done! A little keg lube on the tube and the valve and tube  slid together perfectly.  The instructions are good, just follow them and you’ll be very happy.

5 of 5 Weldless bulkhead December 28, 2021
Reviewer: barrie drabble from Southport, NC United States
I bought this to add to a 15gal s/s fermentation tank. Punched out a 13/16 hole, de-burred and dropped this valve right in there were no problems. Fitting this valve with the pressfit dip tube will replace using a siphon for clean transfer to kegs.
As always, Brewhardware comes up with intelligent design for brewery products.

5 of 5 Works Great July 26, 2020
Reviewer: JSbrew from Kuna, ID United States
Overall the bulkhead works great. Seems like good quality. I like the shorter design and it seems a bit more rigid then other bulkheads.  Only issue, and very minor, is I had 7/8 inch hole. I used the extra smaller o-ring but it tore. I see no need for it and have had no leaks so far. My only other suggestion is that the o-ring boss machined into the nut and bulkhead be closer to the diameter of the o-ring. The bosses really don't work as well as they can.

5 of 5 Nice piece January 23, 2020
Reviewer: Gareth Eames from Milwaukee, WI United States
Drilled the hole, inserted the bulkhead, tightened the nuts, no leaks!

This worked exactly as I hoped. I'd read so many horror stories online of dripping keggles. This worked perfectly.
Thanks!

5 of 5 Much Better Than the Competition December 6, 2019
Reviewer: Michael Hay from Evans, GA United States
I've had one of these on my brew pot and never had any issues with getting it leak tight. Bought a weldless bulkhead valve from another source that uses off the shelf NPT parts. Took lots of fiddling around and just the right tightness to stop it leaking. Immediately ordered another one of these to replace it.

5 of 5 Great design! March 31, 2019
Reviewer: Chris Small from Wauconda, IL United States
I always had leaking issues with my previous weldless bulkhead on my HTL. I swapped it out for this one yesterday and there were no seal issues at all. The design with the recessed O-ring is brilliant. Highly recommended!

Added this to my kettle for my riptide pump. Used a step but for the hole and the bulkhead and valve are leak free.

5 of 5 Works as advertised December 23, 2018
Reviewer: Mike Dalecki from Platteville, WI United States
A variation on the true bulkhead, this is a little less expensive than a combination bulkhead/ball valve.  Installed easily, and since this was a retrofit to a used kettle I'd bought, the hole had been drilled out by the previous owner.  It is a weird height, about 3" above the bottom, but all I had to do was add a short piece of 1/2" silicone tubing and I could extend the diptube to where it needed to be.
