Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Note that this will only work if you have created an account before or during checkout. Anonymous checkouts are allowed but you will not be able to log in to check order status. Our system generates a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the label is printed. Always check your spam folders especially if you use Gmail, Yahoo, or any other cloud based email service.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  You will not have any control of items/quantities through the website after the order is placed. If you need to make any changes to the order, it's best to send an email to info@brewhardware.com with your order number and requested change. An additional followup call during the next available business hours will ensure that the change gets made. During very busy times, we may ship an order before we're able to check emails.
How do I track my order?
  Our system sends tracking info as soon as a label is generated. Please check your spam folder in your email system as our system-generated emails are sometimes flagged for some reason. If all else fails, send an email to info@brewhardware.com and we can help.
My order never arrived.
  If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance. If your package was sent USPS, it's also very helpful to call the number for your local post office immediately so that the post master can track the scan location where it was supposedly delivered. In most cases, it was either dropped at the wrong address or the carrier scanned it but left it on the truck.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Please unwrap everything. Make all balls of packing paper completely flat. You wouldn't believe the number of calls we get claiming missing parts where the customer then finds it wrapped in paper or tucked into another part. Our shipping staff is very creative in protecting things, nesting things together to reduce box sizes, etc. If you have gone through everything, please email and/or call with your order number.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
