Blichmann Engineering has reinvented what a burner should be - efficient, fast, and versatile. The HellFire Stand Mounted burner is the best burner on the market and one that will not only make your brew day quicker, but will also last you for years of brewing to come. This dual mode capability burner is unlike anything else on the market and allows you to switch between High Efficiency mode (80,000 BTUs) and HellFire mode (140,000 BTUs). This custom made burner is tuned to operate in high efficiency mode and second high power mode. In the high power mode, you'll be amazed with 140,000BTU/hr output for blazing fast heating - double the power of Blichmann's previous burner. In the high efficiency mode, you'll get 80,000 BTU/hr and superb heat transfer to the wort and whisper quiet operation.

Get your water quickly up to temp or boil with the HellFire mode, and then maintain it while preserving your propane with the High Efficiency mode. This patent pending burner has plenty of power to keep a rolling boil on a 20 gal batch of beer. The burner also comes stocked with a patent-pending heat shield that helps deflect the enormous amount of heat away from your valve and thermometer, keeping them nice and cool. The Hellfire Burner from Blichmann is sure to satisfy all of your heating needs on brew day.

We stock these at the shop in small quantities but may opt to dropship depending on your location.

If you want to be able to gravity drain out of your kettles, you can upgrade to the longer legs as an accessory.
