Description

The BrewHardware Extract version of a style-accurate Cream Ale recipe is just the ticket for folks looking to ween friends and family off of the light American macro lagers without having to struggle with the complexity of lager fermentation.

Like all of our custom designed recipe kits, the ingredients are taken directly out of our high turnover stock at the time of ordering. That way, nothing sits in a box on the shelf. This kit includes US-05 American Ale Dry yeast but does not include bottle caps or priming sugar. If you need these items, see the accessories on the right.

This particular recipe contains 7 pounds of dry malt extracts and rice syrup solids along with an ounce of Horizon hops.
