This device is typically mounted in the cold room of a bar that serves Guinness/Harp on draft. When it's time to clean the coupler and draft lines, the coupler is locked on to the device (just like it's normally connected to a keg) and the device is fed with cleaning solution and then through the lines.

The cleaner input port is 3/8" Female NPT thread and there is also a "through" port if you were going to daisy chain to other cleaning heads. This can just be plugged with a 3/8" NPT plug.

Note that when the U-coupler is detached or untapped, the cleaning solution does not flow out. It is designed that way because these would be banked in a lineup and would only dispense into couplers that are attached and in the tapped position.
