Another distinctly English beer. Out in the wild, most people can find a New Castle Nut Brown in any bottle shop. This recipe is just a touch more flavorful and dark. Expect rich biscuity malt with caramel, toffee, butterscotch, and peanut undertones. Earthy/tangerine hops provide a balance for drinkability and a light stonefruit ester aroma.
Bottom line, this is highly drinkable beer with a moderate malt and hop flavor along with the fruity ester character that comes from English yeast fermented at "room temp".
