Calling all LODO brewers. We found all stainless pan that not only fits the Blichmann 15 gallon boilermaker like a GLOVE(15.75" inside kettle diameter), but it's tall enough to float on top of your mash perfectly so you don't need to worry about finding it buried in your mash.
Mash caps are intended to completely isolate the mash from the kettle headspace to reduce oxygen interactions. An added benefit is increased heat stability.
This one comes with a center port fitting of your choice. The budget option is a weldless port with 1/2" male threads on the top of the mash cap. The other option is a 1.5" welded TC ferrule (SHOWN IN THE MAIN PICTURE)

Not applicable for fatty foods and alcohol. All colorants are used at the recommended let-down ratio and meet 21 CFR 178-3297 for food contact.
