Several electric brewing controllers such as the Auber Brew Buddy use NEMA locking receptacles for the pump outputs to keep the cables from falling out under the weight of the cables. If you're using a controller that has NEMA L5-15R receptacles, you'd cut off the straight bladed plugs from the pump cables and wire these on.
