Solids 97% Fermentability 75% FAN (syrup As-Is) 4200

This is made up of 65% wheat extract and 35% barley which can constitute 100% of the extract you would use for a wheat style beer such as an american wheat or German Hefeweisen. You may also add a pound or two of Pilsen DME if you want to reduce the percentage of wheat.
